For nearly 20 years, schools and communities across the world have used the Profiles of Student Life: Attitudes and Behaviors survey to develop asset-building strategies and mobilize around their youth. To date, over 2 million youth in urban, suburban, and rural settings have answered questions about their thoughts on school climate, parent and school boundaries and expectations, their structured time use, and their behaviors, and they have enabled adults to better understand the youth voice in their community.
